Sample Policy

Sample types

• Creator keeps: the sample is yours after the campaign.
• Return required: the sample must be returned by the stated deadline.
• Deposit required: a refundable deposit applies to high-value items.
• Digital or no sample: for products where a physical sample is not applicable.

Responsibilities

Creators must keep returnable and high-value items in the condition received. Damage, loss or late returns affect eligibility for future campaigns.

Warehouse

Every stock movement is recorded. High-value items are serialised and photographed at intake and inspection.
