Commission Policy

Structure
Each campaign has a total affiliate commission expressed in basis points. Within that total we allocate creator commission, platform share and, where relevant, explicit network fees or reserves. The allocations always sum exactly.
Base
Commission applies to eligible net sales: gross minus refunds, cancellations, shipping, tax and any non-commissionable fees.
Lifecycle
Commissions move through estimated, pending, approved and payable. Refunds create a linked reversal entry. No entry is ever overwritten.
Payouts
Automated payouts are not part of the initial platform release. Commissions are tracked in the ledger for transparent reconciliation.
